Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced 3DX Developer with strong expertise in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, including customization, administration, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and application support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with 3DX development tools and PLM processes, along with strong troubleshooting and deployment skills.

Location: Charlotte, NC Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Customize and administer the 3DEXPERIENCE platform across development and production environments.
- Develop and maintain solutions using MQL, TCL, Java, JPOs, APIs, Business Objects, Relationships, Triggers, and Programs.
- Support schema migration, data validation, deployments, release management, and environment support.
- Perform upgrade impact analysis, customization validation, integration validation, regression testing, and post-deployment stabilization.
- Provide L2/L3 application support, defect analysis, root cause analysis, and performance troubleshooting.
- Support PLM processes including Engineering Change Management, Document Management, and data governance.
- Manage system integrations, version control, deployment activities, and technical documentation.
- Support 3DEXPERIENCE upgrades and migrations using industry best practices.
- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE / 3DX platform.
- Expertise in MQL, TCL, Java, JPO Development, APIs, Business Objects, Relationships, Triggers, and Programs.
- Experience with 3DX customization, administration, migration, and upgrades.
- Strong troubleshooting and application support experience.
- Knowledge of PLM processes and Engineering Change Management.
- Experience with Git/SVN, deployments, integrations, and release management.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in PLM, CAD systems, or 3DEXPERIENCE are a plus.
