Job Description

Provide support for the 3DEXPERIENCE application in an ITAR-compliant environment. Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues across multiple 3DX modules while ensuring data access, handling, and operations comply with ITAR and corporate data security policies. Collaborate with business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests. Support system maintenance, documentation, root cause analysis, and preventive measures.

• Experience maintaining incident and resolution documentation
