What You Will Do

• Design and create visually compelling 3D and motion graphics that enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging UI/UX designs that align with product goals.
• Utilize Figma to prototype and iterate on design concepts, ensuring a seamless user journey.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and refine design solutions.
• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into final deliverables.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a focus on 3D and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment.
• Experience in creating user-centered designs that effectively communicate complex ideas.

Preferred

• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in consumer products.
• Previous experience in a startup or venture-backed environment.
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices in UI/UX.

Compensation and Benefits
