Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and direct construction crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and equipment operators.
- Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, procedures, and applicable codes and standards.
- Enforce company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and promote a zero-incident culture.
- Participate in daily toolbox talks, safety meetings, and job hazard analyses (JHAs).
- Verify that all work complies with regulatory requirements, permits, and environmental commitments.
- Maintain daily construction reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve field issues that may impact schedule, cost, or quality.
