We are looking for a hardworking, motivated, enthusiastic, and team player Custodian/Janitor that wants to join our cleaning team. While we are willing to provide training to the right candidate, you should have at least SIX Months of janitorial experience, and be familiar with various cleaning products, techniques, and equipment (basic). Duties: Collect/Empty Trash cansDusting all surfaces (walls, furniture, and equipment)Cleaning & restocking restroomsFollow cleaning proceduresMop, sweep, scrub, and vacuumBe able to lift at least 25 poundsPerform routine maintenance activitiesFollows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery to prevent damage to floors and fixturesClean and polish fixtures and furnitureNotifies managers regarding the need for repairs or additions to building operating systems.Any other duties as needed and assigned by the manager/supervisor Qualifications: Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and proceduresAbility to stand, walk, and bend for many hoursAbility to perform repetitive motion for long periods of timeExperience with using cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and cleaning solutionsBackground in handling, mixing and using cleaning chemicalsKnowledge of occupational hazards safety rulesCommunication skillsAbility to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work at particular heights Background check is required. Estamos buscando un(a) Conserje/Personal de Limpieza (Custodian/Janitor) trabajador(a), motivado(a), entusiasta y con espritu de equipo para unirse a nuestro equipo de limpieza. Aunque estamos dispuestos a brindar capacitacin al candidato adecuado, se requiere un mnimo de seis (6) meses de experiencia en limpieza/janitorial y conocimientos bsicos sobre productos, tcnicas y equipos de limpieza. Responsabilidades Recoger y vaciar los botes de basura.Limpiar el polvo de todas las superficies (paredes, muebles y equipos).Limpiar y reabastecer los baos.Seguir los procedimientos de limpieza establecidos.Trapear, barrer, fregar y aspirar.Levantar al menos 25 libras.Realizar actividades rutinarias de mantenimiento.Seguir los procedimientos para el uso de productos qumicos de limpieza y maquinaria motorizada para evitar daos a pisos y otras superficies.Limpiar y pulir accesorios y mobiliario.Informar a los supervisores sobre la necesidad de reparaciones o mejoras en los sistemas operativos del edificio.Realizar cualquier otra tarea asignada por el gerente o supervisor. Requisitos Conocimiento de mtodos y procedimientos estndar de limpieza.Capacidad para permanecer de pie, caminar y agacharse durante largos perodos.Capacidad para realizar movimientos repetitivos por perodos prolongados.Experiencia en el uso de equipos de limpieza, incluyendo aspiradoras, pulidoras de pisos y soluciones qumicas de limpieza.Experiencia en el manejo, mezcla y uso seguro de productos qumicos de limpieza.Conocimiento de normas de seguridad y riesgos ocupacionales.Buenas habilidades de comunicacin.Capacidad para levantar objetos pesados, subir escaleras y trabajar en alturas cuando sea necesario.
