Position Summary: As a Warehouse/ Driver Hybrid, you will be responsible for providing warehouse support including picking, packing, assembly, sorting, shipping, and receiving of orders to meet the facility's productivity and quality goals within the establishment with responsibilities as a driver to transport product and inventory to our local facilities.

What you'll do:

• Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Moves materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
• Sorts and breaks down product by SKU, quantity, and product type.
• Ability to use electric pallet jack as well as stand-up forklift is a must.
• Effectively communicate with Receivers, Drivers, Driver Check-in, & Forklift Operators
• Adhering to proper safety practices for truck and trailer pull process on a daily basis.
• Sorts and stores goods in designated areas of the warehouse.
• Responsible for the proper handling of all company issued equipment, including PPE, voice equipment etc.
• Responsible for reporting all safety concerns in the work environment on timely basis.
• Must wear company issued uniform.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or moves orders to loading dock to prepare for shipping.
• Label pallets with identifying information when instructed.
• Opens bales, crates, and other containers when necessary.
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.

About you:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Qué harás:

• Comunicarse de manera efectiva con receptores, conductores, check-in de conductores y operadores de montacargas
• Cumplir con las prácticas de seguridad adecuadas para el proceso de extracción de camiones y remolques a diario.
• Clasifica y almacena mercancías en áreas designadas del almacén.
• Responsable del manejo adecuado de todos los equipos proporcionados por la empresa, incluidos PPE, equipos de voz, etc.
• Responsable de informar oportunamente todos los problemas de seguridad en el entorno laboral.
• Debe usar el uniforme proporcionado por la empresa.
• Reúne los pedidos de los clientes desde el stock y coloca los pedidos en paletas o estantes o mueve los pedidos al muelle de carga para prepararlos para el envío.
• Etiquete las paletas con información de identificación cuando se le indique.
• Abre fardos, cajas y otros contenedores cuando es necesario.
• Registre las cantidades de materiales o artículos recibidos o distribuidos.

Acerca de ti:

• Diploma de escuela secundaria o título de educación general (GED)
• De uno a tres meses de experiencia y/o formación relacionada; o combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.
