Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and complete records of all 340B program transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with federal regulations and organizational policies.
  • Conduct routine audits and monitoring activities to validate program eligibility, dispensing accuracy, and compliance across covered entities and contract pharmacy relationships.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, eligibility issues, and operational exceptions in a timely manner.
  • Verify patient and encounter eligibility according to HRSA 340B requirements, with particular attention to the unique payer mix and patient populations served within a safety-net environment.

  • Support internal and external audit activities, including HRSA audits, manufacturer audits, and compliance reviews, ensuring ongoing audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to implement corrective action plans and process improvements that strengthen program compliance and operational performance.
  • Ensure Third-Party Administrator (TPA) data integrity through routine reconciliation, exception management, and review of program performance reports.
