Sarasota County's 311 Contact Center is hiring a part-time OPS Call Center Customer Service Representative — a great starting point for joining the County and learning how local government operates. As the County's "front door," you'll support residents by answering questions and connecting them with services across all 17 Sarasota County departments, giving you unique exposure to County operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
If you're tech-savvy, customer-focused, and enjoy helping others, this could be a great fit. Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service or call center experience, are familiar with Sarasota County communities (including Sarasota, Venice, Englewood, Nokomis, Osprey, and North Port), and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
