Home Weekends - Up to $4,000 Sign-On Bonus* - Start at 50 - 62 CPM*

Pay, Home Time & More:

Start at 50 - 62 CPM* + an additional 1 - 4 CPM in safety/service bonus
Regional route, home every weekend
$75 per day for breakdown/layover pay after 24 hours
Earn up to $4,000 in progressive sign-on bonus*:
$750 after 30 days
$500 after 90 days
$750 after 180 days
$1,000 after 270 days
$1,000 after 365 days
Orientation Pay: $150 per day
Veteran Appreciation Pay available

(*Depending on experience)

Route Details & Equipment:

Southeast Regional routes - home weekends
Dispatched from the Atlanta terminal
High percentage of drop & hook freight
100% no-touch freight
Current model trucks
Consistent take-home pay week to week
Paid miles up to payroll cutoff time
Base rate increases based on tenure and every 50,000 miles with no cap

1 - 4 CPM quarterly safety bonus
Drivers enter the program the month they hire
No preventable accidents
No violations or citations in the Unsafe Driving CSA category
No chargeable service failures
Paid 4 times/year by the 3rd Friday in the month following quarter end

$100 trainee & refresher referral bonus

$100 - $200 clean DOT inspection bonus
$75 Hazmat bonus
$75 Upper Northeast bonus - Northern NJ, RI, CT, ME, VT, NH, MA. Not forced
$20 for each additional stop (excludes first pick up and last delivery)

Requirements:

Valid Class-A CDL
3 months of first-seat experience
