Description
Associate Probate Attorney - Sugar Land, TX
This position is full-time, in-office.
The firm is seeking candidates with experinece in probate (uncontested or contested); and are open to non-probate area litigators who have motion-practice skills.
Years of experience: 3-6.
The firm provides bonuses based on performance; plus on a tiered structure.
Benefits include; 401k with QACA matching; health insurance for employee paid, (family optional to be paid by employee).
Billable hour requirement: 1500 hours.

The firm considers salary increases on work anniversaries; they promote equity partners and non-equity partners from within.
