Warehouse Associate in Holliston, MA
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM-12:00 AM
$22.26 per hour
Join a growing team in a fast-paced warehouse environment! We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping operations while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials and merchandise.
- Pick orders accurately using a voice-picking system.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment.
- Load trucks and stage materials for distribution.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and follow safety procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including power jacks and double walkies.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience operating power jacks and double walkies.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information:
- Overtime required, averaging 8-10 hours per week.
- Reports to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
- Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable in a physically demanding environment.
