Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: Starting at $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Location: Grapevine TX
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately pulling, packing, shipping, loading, receiving, and handling inventory while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, be safety-conscious, and thrive in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Essential Job Duties
- Transport goods and supplies throughout the warehouse to support timely operations.
- Pull, pack, load, receive, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and lifting platforms.
- Perform inventory control activities, including quantity and quality checks.
- Utilize warehouse operating systems to receive inventory, print orders, and locate products.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established warehouse procedures.
- Adhere to all safety, environmental, and workplace policies.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve job skills.
- Perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to push and pull materials weighing up to 160 pounds using material handling equipment.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks handling loads
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift.
Working Conditions
- Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
- Exposure to varying temperatures, including heat, cold, humidity, and dust.
- Exposure to loud noise and moving warehouse equipment.
- Work around mechanical hazards and warehouse traffic.
