2nd Shift Supervisor

Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? If so, this position is for you! A local manufacturing company in Sheldon, IA is seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor to lead production employees and help ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise production employees and help maintain production goals
- Monitor product quality and oversee mold changes
- Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures
- Communicate with management and other shift supervisors
- Assist with production tasks as needed
- Complete production paperwork and report maintenance concerns
- Help train new employees
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or leadership experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the shift
- Ability to work around heat, noise, machinery, and forklift traffic
