Description

Our client is looking for an Outbound Supervisor – 2nd Shift (3:00 PM to Midnight) to lead daily outbound warehouse operations. This position is responsible for ensuring customer orders are staged, verified, loaded, and shipped accurately and on time while maintaining productivity, inventory accuracy, safety, and quality standards.

The Outbound Supervisor will provide hands-on leadership to the shipping forklift team, and other assigned warehouse associates. This supervisor must maintain a strong presence on the warehouse floor, monitor productivity throughout the shift, and ensure employees are held accountable for meeting established performance expectations.

This person will ensure that the 2nd shift completes the required workload and properly prepares the warehouse for the next day's operation and shipments.
