We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a team of 5-10 employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing required
- Quality control experience
- Blueprint reading skills
- Ability to pass a tape measure test
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
What You'll Do:
- Lead daily production operations
- Train and coach team members
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Drive productivity and continuous improvement

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
