    Description

    MAU is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Greenwood, SC. As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead second-shift warehouse operations by directing associates and drivers to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and performance objectives while ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a direct-hire position.

    Shift Information

    • Full-time
    • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM, Monday - Friday
    • Overtime as needed

    Preferred Education and Experience

    • 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse lead or supervisory role
    • 3-5 years of driving experience

    Essential Functions

    • Lead daily pre-shift meetings and communicate production goals
    • Manage employee work assignments and shift staffing
    • Conduct Gemba walks to ensure process compliance
    • Monitor hourly production performance and implement corrective actions as needed
    • Document issues and follow up on corrective actions
    • Respond to customer requests and operational concerns
    • Ensure standard work instructions (SOIs) are maintained and followed
    • Enforce compliance with GMP requirements, dress code, safety standards, and MAU policies
    • Support Leader Standard Work and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Resolve employee conflicts and conduct investigations when necessary
    • Manage safety incidents, injuries, property damage, and crisis situations
    • Coordinate post-accident reporting and drug testing
    • Provide ongoing coaching and training to improve team performance
    • Maintain payroll and Kronos records accurately
    • Manage labor within headcount allocations and overtime expectations
    • Counsel employees on attendance and performance issues
    • Participate in four-step problem-solving activities
    • Promote a positive safety culture throughout the operation

    Work Environment and Physical Demands

    • Work in an air-conditioned warehouse environment
    • Operate warehouse equipment including powered industrial vehicles (PIVs), pallet jacks, scanners, computers, and phones
    • PPE required, including steel-toe boots/shoes and safety glasses
    • Maintain good physical condition for work in an industrial environment

    Physical Requirements

    • Frequently bend, climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch
    • Lift up to 50 pounds
    • Maintain near visual acuity for reading instructions and documentation
    • Demonstrate depth perception and peripheral vision while operating vehicles
    • Frequently mount and dismount warehouse vehicles
