Description: Key ResponsibilitiesSummary Duties and ResponsibilitiesLeads a project team or multiple smaller project teams or leads a functional team or unit in area of expertise.Prepares monitors and may be responsible for staffing and or businessoperational results of a functional team or project.Directly manages individual contributors and Production Leaders.Audits work processes and products to confirm production specifications are met.Maintains and updates production records and produces reports as necessary.Manages operation to maximize production of quality products and minimize cost.Trains and evaluates production employees.ScopeCoordinates and supervises the daily activities of business or technical support or production team.Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion coordinates work activities with other supervisors.Decisions are guided by policies procedures and business plan receives guidance and oversight from manager.Typically does not spend more than 20 of time performing the work supervised.All Employees ShallComply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements.Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards.Attend scheduled EH&S training program.Actively support the organizations efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans.Recommend improved EH&S practices.Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers supervisors and third parties.
