About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Adairsville, GA. The primary focus of this role is to perform product inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, working closely with the production team to maintain safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform product inspections to verify adherence to established quality standards using defined inspection criteria.
• Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformance issues during inspections.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed quality records.
• Follow company quality and safety procedures during all inspection activities.
• Collaborate with production team members to meet quality goals and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes and procedures.
• Communicate effectively regarding inspection findings with team members and supervisors.

Required Qualifications

• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with quality control and quality assurance processes.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Repetitive motion tasks.
