2nd Shift Quality Control Lead
Pay: $23–$25/hr | Location: Chicagoland Area
Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities:

• Inspect raw materials, batches, and finished products
• Maintain records and Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
• Perform quality checks (scales, metal detectors)
• Ensure GMP, food safety, and sanitation compliance
• Conduct audits and support inspections
• Investigate quality issues and support improvements
• Enter data and assist QC Supervisor as needed

Qualifications:

• QC experience (food industry preferred)
• Knowledge of GMP/HACCP
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and team-oriented
