Kleiss High Precision, a member of The Heico Companies, is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Management Systems (QMS) professional to join our team in Grantsburg, Wisconsin.
In this role, you will support quality objectives and regulatory compliance through the development, maintenance, and auditing of our Quality Management System. You will help ensure alignment with ISO 9001 and other applicable industry standards while supporting continuous improvement, maintaining accurate quality documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate has strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with experience in quality management systems, internal auditing, and document control.
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Conduct internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001 and applicable industry standards, including IATF 16949, AS9100, and ISO 13485.
• Develop, maintain, and update Quality Management System documentation to reflect changes in standards, certification requirements, and internal procedures.
• Administer and maintain QMS platforms, including AX, IQMS, and Q-Pulse, to support compliance, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Document and manage 8D investigations, Management of Change (MoC) processes, and other quality-related activities.
• Generate, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify quality trends and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote quality awareness, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support QMS development and implementation across automotive, electronics, medical, aerospace, and energy applications.
• Assist with internal and external audits, corrective actions, and compliance-related activities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential quality records while ensuring the integrity of QMS documentation.
• Identify and escalate compliance risks and contribute to corrective actions and risk mitigation strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Experience in administrative or quality-related roles requiring accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to interpret and communicate quality metrics and trends.
• Ability to identify compliance risks, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
• Education equivalent to five GCSEs at grades A–C, including Mathematics and English.
• Previous internal audit training or certification.
• Experience with QMS platforms such as AX, IQMS, or Q-Pulse.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other industry-specific quality standards, including IATF 16949, AS9100, and ISO 13485.
• Experience with document control, risk management, and corrective action processes.
Training Requirements
• Complete required QMS systems training and internal audit certification.
• Complete ISO 9001 and applicable industry-specific standards training.
• Participate in ongoing document control and risk management training.
• Complete required competency assessments.
