Job Description

The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will be responsible for:

Overseeing 30 employees on the manufacturing floor
Leading project teams, functional units, or multiple smaller groups within area of expertise.
Overseeing budgets, staffing, and operational results to ensure business objectives are met.
Managing individual contributors and, when applicable, other supervisors or team leads.
Auditing processes and outputs to ensure compliance with production specifications.
Maintaining accurate production records and generate required reports.
Optimizing operations to deliver high-quality products while controlling costs.
Training, coaching, and evaluating production staff to support performance and development.
Contribute to the company's positive company culture

The Successful Applicant

The successful 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will have the following qualifications:

Experience managing others within a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required
Experience coordinating and supervising daily activities of production, business, or technical support teams.
Setting up team priorities, assigning tasks, and aligning workflows with other supervisors to ensure objectives are met.
Positive mindset, strong leadership skills and ability to work independently
