Salary: Starting pay is $19.00 to $23.00 per hour. Based on experience.

Shift & Schedule:

2nd Shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am. Monday-Friday
Standard 40-hour work weeks with overtime opportunities
Daily Responsibilities:

Supervision of assigned production associates.
Daily machine scheduling.
Responsible for injection molding production and ancillary functions for assigned shift.
Responsible for all training of assigned production associates.
Daily auditing.
Ideal Candidate Possesses:

Previous leadership experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual.
Knowledge of injection molding and ability to start up and shut down injection molding and ancillary equipment preferred, but willing to train the right individual.
Working knowledge of computer programs like Microsoft Office.
Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
Problem-solving skills.
Good attendance.
