2nd Shift Production Operator

Seeking entry-level Production Operators for aerospace component manufacturing and repair support. This temporary-to-hire position offers hands-on training and is ideal for candidates interested in building a long-term aerospace career.

• Use hand tools, sanders, and sandblasters to fabricate or repair parts.
• Load and unload components into chemical milling systems and furnaces.
• Follow process documentation to ensure accurate task completion.
• Participate in on-the-job training programs.
• Perform quality checks to meet tolerances and standards.
• Maintain attendance and adhere to safety, environmental, and quality procedures.

• Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read/write/understand English, and preferred experience with hand tools, shop equipment, or aerospace manufacturing. Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, good time management, and teamwork skills. Shifts available are 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM in San Diego, CA.
