Position Overview
This role primarily involves product staging, machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting. The operator will collaborate with a team responsible for manufacturing perforated metal, spiral formed tubes, and welded tubes to fulfill Jadtis’ inventory requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with the team for product packaging, machine operation, packing boxes, palletizing finished goods, and transporting finished goods to the distribution area. The position requires frequent bending, lifting, and twisting.
Compensation
Salary is commensurate with experience within Jadtis’ salary structure. Medical and vacation benefits apply.
Responsibilities
- Machinery
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot.
- Practice safety procedures.
- Inventory
- Material handling of packaging materials.
- Material movement into inventory area as appropriate.
- Packaging
- Staging raw material to meet daily production schedule.
- Performing QC protocols as required by QC Manager.
- Forming and packing boxes.
- Building pallets.
- Labeling of product information as required.
- Machine maintenance as necessary.

- Attend staff meetings.
- Participate in drills.
- Perform other tasks as negotiated with supervisor.

Qualifications
- Experience in a metalwork environment is a significant plus.
- Machine operation experience desirable.
- Mechanical/Electrical skills desirable.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Attention to detail.
- Desire to produce quality products.
- Exhibit full range of motion in all extremities.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs without difficulty.
