Picker/Packers to join our team at a busy distribution center in Roanoke, TX! We have immediate openings for individuals looking for steady, full-time work, weekly pay, and the opportunity to grow with a company. Pay Rate:Shift/Hours:- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Full-Time Schedule | 30-Minute Unpaid Lunch

Requirements:- Previous warehouse, distribution, picking, packing, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to use RF scanners and follow picking and packing instructions
- Dependable transportation and excellent attendance
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Must pass required background check and drug screening
Responsibilities:- Accurately pick products according to customer orders
- Pack items and prepare shipments for delivery
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and process orders
- Verify product quantities, labels, and order accuracy
- Receive, sort, and put away incoming merchandise
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving products throughout the warehouse
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
- Work with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
