About the Role

We are seeking a team-oriented Picker/Packer to join our manufacturing team. This role involves preparing cartons and trays for packaging finished products, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and maintaining an organized work environment. The successful candidate will work independently, follow written instructions, and support GMP compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cartons and trays needed for packaging finished products
• Inspect finished products and remove defective or out-of-spec items
• Properly label cartons and packaging for appearance and internal identification
• Stack finished products correctly, including displays for visual presentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
• Comply with GMP and all company policies, procedures, and practices
• Assist with changeovers, machine setup, and cleaning as required
• Support team members with break relief and other duties as assigned
• Rework and repack products following proper procedures
• Notify supervision of any safety hazards or issues
• Perform simple mathematical calculations and read/write instructions accurately
• Foster a team atmosphere to promote productivity

Required Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs
• Ability to work independently and follow written instructions
• Experience or knowledge of GMP standards
• Attention to detail in inspecting finished products and labeling
• Basic math skills for packing processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with reworking and repacking processes
• Experience working in manufacturing or packaging environments
