Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Pick/Pack Associate to join our team in Groveport, OH.We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to work in a warehouse environment packing flower seeds. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining excellent attendance.
Pay Rate:$14.50 per hour
Shift/Hours: Monday–Friday 3:30Pm–12:00 AM

Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive packing duties
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Must be willing to pack and handle flower seed products
Responsibilities:
- Pack flower seeds according to company standards
- Pick and prepare products for packing
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Label and organize packaged products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures
- Meet daily production and quality expectations
- Work Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
