2^ND SHIFT PAYROLL SPECIALIST 

**Resume Required**

 HOURS: 

• 2^ND Shift hours available. Hours will fluctuate– generally 
• Flexible as needed or required.
• Saturdays as needed.

 POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Work with all aspects of Payroll including verifying employee time, payroll deductions,     vacations, etc.
• Process daily MN ESST (Earned Sick & Safe Time) requests
• Help in the HR Department when needed
• Work closely with supervisors & union
• Performs various other duties as needed or as directed

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Must have strong organizational skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Prefer previous payroll experience; preferably with Kronos timekeeping system and SAP
• 10-key and computer skills required
• Communication skills - written and verbal including phone etiquette
• Good work history including attendance
• Excellent with math.
• Self-motivated, sense of urgency, and team player
• Able to work under pressure
• Good attendance record
• Resume Required

• Base hourly salary range: $21.60-$23.00
