Start your new career as a Second Shift Assembler with MAU in Conyers, GA. As a Second Shift Assembler, you will inspect, assemble, and pack products while maintaining quality standards and production efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of packaging or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds

What You'll Do as a Second Shift Assembler:

• Inspect and pack products according to quality and packaging specifications
• Maintain production line operations and ensure proper pack-out procedures
• Follow Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures accurately
• Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet customer quality standards
• Meet or exceed production goals and throughput targets
• Verify customer labels and packing requirements for accuracy
• Operate production equipment safely within assigned departments
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas through sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
• Keep workstations and equipment organized and orderly
• Assist other team members as directed by line technicians
