Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years as a maintenance technician
Experience working with injection molding machines
General knowledge of the injection molding process
Pneumatic and hydraulic experience troubleshooting molding machines
Electrical experience is a nice to have
Ability to troubleshoot and make accurate and timely repairs to production equipment and building systems
Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and safety features
Ability to coordinate contract and field service work
Familiarity with PDCA problem-solving methodology and 5S procedures
Self-motivated and able to work in fast-paced, vertically-integrated manufacturing environment
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and make accurate and timely repairs to all production equipment including injection molding machines
Perform routine planned preventive maintenance on all production equipment and monitor and maintain safety features
Display general knowledge of injection molding process and coordinate contract and field service work as needed
Troubleshoot and repair building systems as needed and perform routine planned preventive maintenance to critical building systems
Utilize PDCA to solve problems and drive continuous improvements, and execute 5S procedures and standards
