    2nd Shift Spindle/Machining Operator
    Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
    Pay Rate: $20.50 + $1.50 shift premium + $1.00 attendance bonus

    Job Summary
    The Spindle Operator is responsible for setting up and operating multiple-spindle CNC machines to produce high-quality fastener components while maintaining production and quality standards.

    Job Duties
    • Set up and operate multiple-spindle CNC machines.
    • Monitor machines during production to ensure they are operating properly.
    • Load and unload materials and finished parts.
    • Perform machine adjustments and make tooling changes as needed.
    • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.
    • Use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
    • Read and follow work instructions, process standards, and control plans.
    • Identify quality issues and make appropriate adjustments to maintain product specifications.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
    • Work independently while maintaining production goals and quality standards.
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Previous CNC, machining, or manufacturing experience is helpful but may not be required.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude.
    • Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.
    • Good attention to detail and ability to recognize quality issues.
    • Basic understanding of measuring tools and inspection equipment.
    • Reliable attendance and dependable work habits.
    • Willingness to learn and train on different equipment or shifts if needed.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Physical Requirements
    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
    • Ability to repeatedly handle and move materials and finished parts.
    • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Ability to safely operate machinery and use required tools and equipment.
