Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator
Pay: $21 per hour
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

As a 2nd Shift Machine Operator, you'll role purpose . You'll work closely with manager, department, or team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll Do
As a 2nd Shift Machine Operator, you will be responsible for
  • Setting up and preparing machinery for production, ensuring equipment is in good working order
  • Operating plastic mold and related machinery to support consistent, high-quality output
  • Monitoring the production process and making adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency
  • Inspecting product samples and supporting quality standards
  • Maintaining accurate production and quality records
  • Following safety guidelines and wearing appropriate protective equipment
  • Cleaning and maintaining machinery and the work area
  • Troubleshooting basic machine issues or escalating to maintenance when needed
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous manufacturing experience operating machines (plastic molding experience is a plus)
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and strong teamwork
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely
  • Willingness to work 2nd shift and occasional extended hours
