What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Solid experience in quality assurance or control (preferred)

• Confidence standing, bending, and squatting throughout your shift
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for accurate data entry and reporting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide your team

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience leading a production line or quality team
• Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques
• Knowledge of quality management systems and documentation processes

Preferred Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training a plus
• Prior hands-on experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to work either 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) or 2nd Shift (4:00 PM - 12:30 AM), Monday through Friday
• Ability to comply with safety and operational procedures as part of the production team
