Operations Lead - 2nd Shift M-F

Join Famous Footwear's Distribution Center in Lebanon, TN as a Lead, Operations. In this role, you will assure administrative duties are completed in an accurate and timely matter conveyed to the leadership team.

What will you be doing?

• Administer safety policies: Adhere to, and assist in the administration of all safety policies and procedures, including housekeeping and accident prevention
• Data tracking: Assist leadership in tracking departmental data related to specific metrics to drive performance
• Operational reporting: Responsible for coordinating and providing day to day reporting to management team
• Review inventory: Perform physical counts and monitors inventory levels to maintain accuracy

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

• Distribution Center experience 1+ years
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Organized, detail-oriented individual, capable of working on various tasks/projects concurrently
• Mid-level understanding of the PKMS Warehouse Management System, including Inventory, Shipping and Receiving functions
• Able to work in a team environment, and also autonomously to perform individual tasks
