Hours: MondayFriday, 2:00 PM10:30 PM

As a Packaging Operator, youll handle the manual packaging, labeling, and visual inspection of finished products. Youll work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure high-quality standards are met efficiently and safely.
What You'll Do
As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for
Performing hand packaging and labeling of final products according to established specifications.
Conducting detailed visual inspections of labels, packaging, and finished goods to identify defects or inconsistencies.
Assembling, disassembling, and preparing packaging equipment, including making basic adjustments.
Manually labeling and packaging finished goods when automated lines are not in use.
Following strict cleanroom gowning procedures when entering and leaving regulated areas.
Completing and maintaining accurate batch records, forms, and logbooks in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.
Handling hazardous waste safely and disposing of materials properly.
Keeping a tidy, safe, and organized work area, including machines, tools, and packaging supplies.
Assisting team members with various manufacturing tasks as needed.
Adhering to all SOPs, GMP, ISO standards, and safety guidelines.
Performing any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Hands-on cleanroom experience this is REQUIRED.
Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or regulated manufacturing is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot defects.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
Good manual dexterity and initiative.
Basic math skills.
Ability to stand for two or more hours at a time.
Ability to work safely and operate manual material-moving equipment.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
