Electronic Assembly Operator
Painesville, OH | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

3:15 pm-11:45 pm
Nesco Resource is hiring Electronic Assembly Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Painesville! If you enjoy working with your hands, have strong attention to detail, and want to be part of a team that produces high-quality electronic components, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You'll Do
- Assemble electronic connectors and cable assemblies
- Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
- Use hand tools such as wire cutters, strippers, crimpers, and screwdrivers
- Inspect and test products to ensure quality standards are met
- Record production information and maintain accurate documentation
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
- Ability to read assembly instructions and blueprints
- Comfortable using small hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift to 25 lbs.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
