ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Clean and maintain buildings assigned. Set up and operate automatic scrubbing machines, rotary scrubbers/buffers, wet/dry vacuum cleaners, vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, and shampooers. Machine scrub floors, spray buff floors, and shampoo carpets. Shovel snow; sand and salt sidewalks and drives. Responsible for the repair of cleaning equipment and minor repairs throughout the building. Other duties as assigned by administration.
