? Job Opening – Coiler Operator | Rural Hall, NC
? Starting Pay:  2nd Shift: $17.50/hour
?Hours: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

? Bilingual candidates are welcome to apply.
?? This is a heavy-lifting position requiring the ability to lift 80+ pounds.
? Steel-toe shoes are required.
?? The facility is not climate-controlled. Candidates must be comfortable working in varying temperatures.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate box wire re-coiler machines according to production, safety, and quality standards
  • Set and adjust machine parameters, including wire length, coil weight, wire gauge, and feed speed
  • Transfer completed wire coils from machine hubs to the packaging area
  • Inspect finished coils and identify quality defects
  • Package and box finished wire coils according to specifications
  • Use pneumatic staplers to seal boxes for shipment
  • Operate butt-welding and grinding equipment to maintain continuous wire feed
  • Troubleshoot and clear wire tangles safely when necessary
  • Monitor machine performance and respond to wire breaks, jams, and other production issues
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 80+ pounds regularly
  • Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
  • Strong attention to safety and quality
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working around industrial machinery
