ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Must be proficient in reading and understanding shop orders, blueprints
- Must be able to utilize a wide variety of gauging and maintain quality.
- Must have sufficient product knowledge to independently set up and operate. CNC & Manual Gear Cutting Machines.
- Will participate in, support and implement continuous improvement activities to eliminate waste and streamline processes to increase productivity and quality.
- Must perform routine maintenance on equipment and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Performs work under direct supervision.
- Ability to multitask if needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Attendance at work is an essential function of the job.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- High school diploma, and 0 to 2 years of experience.
- Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Computer skills.
- Manual dexterity.
- CNC Machining experience preferred
