We are currently seeking a skilled 2nd Shift CNC Set-Up Operator to join our team at our facility in Roseville, MI. As a CNC Set-Up Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Mill and Lathe machines to produce high-quality parts according to blueprints and specifications. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) and CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) machines
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production of parts
- Light program editing
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Haas CNC Set-Up Operator
- Proficiency in Haas CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) and Haas CNC Lathe
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Strong attention to safety and quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Haas machines
