2nd Shift Automotive Supervisor
The Automotive Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily service department workflow, coordinating service orders, and providing leadership to team members to ensure efficient operations, timely completion of work.

Essential Job Functions:
- Open and close service repair orders
- Data entry for warranty claims to American Honda
- Maintain data in web-based systems for company vehicles
- Provide, foster and encourage daily teamwork and collaboration
- Ensure parts are ordered for needed repairs
- Coordinate and oversee daily service department operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service orders.
- Assign, prioritize, and distribute service orders among team members based on workload and operational needs.
- Monitor the status and progress of service orders to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain visibility of open service orders and communicate priorities to the team.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to service department personnel.
- Address workflow challenges and support the team in resolving operational issues
- Ensure accurate documentation and processing of service orders in company systems.
- Monitor department productivity and workload distribution to support operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Position Requirements:
• Basic automotive knowledge desired
• Must have good communication and customer service skills
• Computer experience (Microsoft Office)
• Must wear steel toed shoes
Lifting Requirements 5-40 lbs
Schedule:
- 8-hour Shift
- Monday to Friday
- Hours: 5:00pm – 1:30am
