    Monday - Saturday, with the occasional Sunday

Our Arlington, TX facility is currently seeking a hands-on and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead our Door Assembly manufacturing team and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity targets are met. This role involves leading a team of production associates, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support operational goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
    • Monitor production processes and adjust workflows to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
    • Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and support career growth.
    • Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate goals, expectations, and performance updates.
    • Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve production issues.
    • Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and 5S practices.
    • Monitor and enforce housekeeping and safety standards on the production floor.
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations.
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred, or 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
    • Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP or MES systems.
    • Automotive or Tier 1 supplier experience is highly preferred.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as needed.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
