What You’ll Do• Operate mechanical and high-speed stamping presses under supervision• Load materials and monitor production runs• Perform basic inspections to ensure quality and consistency• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area• Work closely with experienced operators and engineers to learn the trade• Grow your skills over time with the opportunity to move into an apprenticeship role
