Hours: 2:45PM - 10:45 PM
The General Laborer Will
- Wash out truck beds to prepare them for bedliner application
- Tape off areas of the truck bed that are not to be sprayed
- Wrap truck beds prior to spraying
- Apply spray-on bedliners to GM truck beds
- Remove tape after the bedliner has been sprayed on
- Apply GM logos to finished truck beds
- Perform quality inspections on finished truck beds
Required Skills/Knowledge
- Reliable attendance and the ability to start immediately
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a production environment
- Attention to detail when taping, spraying, and inspecting finished work
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Reads and understands English
Skills/Knowledge Preferred
- Prior general labor, production, or manufacturing experience
- Experience with spray coating, painting, or automotive finishing
- Prior quality inspection experience
- Experience working in the automotive industry
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to [50] lbs. routinely during shift
- Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include a respirator
Essential Functions
Able to stand for extended periods, bend, twist, squat, kneel, reach into and across truck beds, use arms to reach overhead, and lift up to [50] lbs. on a routine basis for a minimum 8-hour workday.

- Wash
- Masking
- Prep
- Demask
All candidates must:
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Pass a 4-panel rapid drug screen
- Meet our background screening requirements
- Complete all required onboarding paperwork prior to orientation
