- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and production lines
- Transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
- Supply production lines with required materials in a timely manner
- Perform inventory movements and accurately scan/track materials
- Inspect forklift equipment daily and report maintenance or safety issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and company procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- Previous forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (preferred)
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math and documentation skills
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs regularly
- Ability to sit, stand, and operate equipment for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the shift
- Automotive manufacturing facility
- Exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and moving equipment
- Shift work may include overtime, weekends, or rotating schedules
