We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for inspecting products throughout the production process, identifying defects, and ensuring products meet established quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
Inspect raw materials, products, and finished goods for quality.
Perform quality tests to ensure products meet specifications.
Identify and report defective or nonconforming products.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
Work with production employees to resolve quality issues.
Assist with rework and corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure manufacturing processes follow quality and safety standards.
Help train employees on proper quality procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of quality control experience required.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
Knowledge of quality inspection procedures and ISO standards.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and understand work instructions and specifications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when needed.
