(depending on experience)+ full benefits + $786 annual stipend for college credit. The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has updated the qualifications for paraprofessionals to included the 20-hour online substitute training program beginning in the 2022-2023 school year. Individials with one of the following qualifications are now eligible to be an instructional paraprofessional:
