The Senior Associate Director of Admissions will direct student recruitment off-campus, focusing on increasing the diversity of the applicants, the admitted, and the enrolling student population from a specific population. The Senior Associate Director will focus on inclusive admissions practices including but not limited to: targeted recruitment in underserved recruitment markets, pre-college programming, targeted admissions events and fostering student connections with other service units. The Senior Associate Director will assist in ensuring an inclusive and welcoming environment by directing the visitor to activities.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience working with diverse college students; excellent communication and collaboration skills to develop and maintain relationships with campus partners; and strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary and benefits are dictated by the State College and University Professional Association (SCUPA) Collective Bargaining Agreement.
