The Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning builds the capacity of principals to improve the conditions for learning and teaching. The Assistant Superintendent oversees the allocation and monitoring of instructional resources and school-based budgeting. The Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning designs, develops, and informs policies, standards, and vision at the district level.
