The VISTA will create a business insights tool so Beacon Group can easily access data about the organization's economic impact. The VISTA will begin by researching previous efforts for impact reporting, understanding pros and cons to past approaches. They will gather data from Beacon Group leadership on key points that could use greater data to support decision-making. The VISTA will develop methods for streamlined dissemination of information based on business analytics and determine strong opportunities for using this tool. Develop a compelling template for disseminating gathered business insights data. Develop a simple query and output that allow the user to quickly gather data. Integrate the tool into existing tech ecosystem (Microsoft) to minimize learning curves and training requirements.
